We don’t consider any of these mentioned a fault in any way. These characteristics and variations reflect a natural product and features which express the origins and natural growth path, while we would expect these characteristics to develop and evolve with time.

If a specialised service is required to uplift any product/s through an unconventional means*, the cost to do so will be at the risk and cost of the customer.
Any challenges encountered on the day of delivery could result in additional fees or require product/s to be re-delivered another day which will incur further delivery charges.
I agree to accept any additional charges for where furniture needs to be disassembled and reassembled in order to access delivery to the residence.
