Damage caused by failure to carry out the application, aftercare and maintenance instructions provided and damage caused by any external sources or influences
Stains caused by fire, wind, flood, sunlight, weather, burst pipes or theft
Furniture used for commercial or rental purposes
Stains from cleaning methods other than those recommended by the manufacturer
Mould or mildew
Damage caused during transportation, delivery or mishandling (includes moving your lounge by any method that causes damage, e.g. tears to headrest areas by mishandling)

Our accidental damage program also provides you with a leather or fabric care kit, tested and proved exclusively for Adriatic’s range of leather and fabric upholstered products, providing you the ideal means to maintain your new Adriatic lounge.

AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS AND STAIN REMOVAL PROCEDURES

A. Should spillages occur please ensure that all stains are attended to immediately to prevent the possibility of any stains “setting in”.

B. Absorb any spillages immediately with a clean cloth or paper towel. Avoid rubbing and blot the area of the spillage. Most household spillages and stains can be easily absorbed and removed.

The Adriatic Accidental Damage Program must be purchased prior to products being delivered. The Adriatic Furniture Customer Service Team must be notified of an incident to be claimed under this warranty within five days of the incident occurring. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
